Immersive Policy & Innovation with Meta

At YouthConnekt Africa, Fallohide had the honor of partnering with Meta to present Extended Reality (XR) as a policy tool to leaders and innovators across the continent.

We demonstrated to the President of the Republic of Kenya, H.E. William Samoei Ruto, how immersive VR experiences are being used to enhance trade and tourism within Kenyan counties. Alongside this, we showcased XR content from across Africa to more than 100 participants representing over 30 countries.

Beyond the demonstrations, Fallohide joined Moses Kemibaro for a Fireside Chat on Navigating Our Digital Future – Harnessing the Potential of the Metaverse. Together, we explored Africa’s XR landscape, sharing how our work across West, Central, East, and Southern Africa supports clients and partners in addressing real-world challenges.

We highlighted how XR can drive youth empowerment, social impact, and sustainable business models, reinforcing the importance of immersive technologies for Africa’s digital future.
